Green grape Mojito

Ingredients

  1. 30g of Mixology Mojito Syrup
  2. 10g of plain syrup
  3. 15 green grapes
  4. 150ml of carbonated water
  5. 80g of ice
  6. Apple mint and spear mint for garnish

How to make

  1. Pour 50ml of carbonated water inside a blender.
  2. Pour 30ml of Mixology Mojito syrup.
  3. Pour 10g of plain syrup.
  4. Add 15 green grapes and blend for 20 seconds.
  5. Pour the mixture inside a cup and add 80g of ice.
  6. Pour 100ml of carbonated water and mix.
  7. Top off with green grapes, and mint leaves.

  2. 4-5 leaves of Apple mint or Spearmint
  3. 150ml of carbonated water
  4. 180g of crushed ice
  5. Sliced lime for garnish
  6. 30ml of Rum (optional)

How to make

  1. Pour 40g of Mixology Mojito Syrup into a cup.
  2. Muddle the mint leaves using your hands.
  3. Add the muddled mint, and pour 180g of crushed ice.
  4. Pour 150ml of carbonated water and mix from the bottom using a bar spoon.
  5. Top it off with sliced lime and mint leaves.

*Add 30ml of rum to enjoy an alcohol cocktail.

  3. Citrus Jam or Mix 45ml
  4. 7 Orange Slices, Cubed apple 50g

How to make

  1. Pour 90ml of Sangria&VinChaud Concentrate in a measuring cup.
  2. Pour 30ml of Orange Juice, and give it a mix to make a wine base.
  3. Put shaved ice to the middle of a bowl.
  4. Pour half (60ml) of the wine base over the ice.
  5. Pour 45ml of Citrus Jam or mix on the inner surface of the bowl.
  6. Add more shaved ice.
  7. Pour the rest of wine base over the ice.
