- 40g of Mixology Mojito Syrup
- 4-5 leaves of Apple mint or Spearmint
- 150ml of carbonated water
- 180g of crushed ice
- Sliced lime for garnish
- 30ml of Rum (optional)
How to make
- Pour 40g of Mixology Mojito Syrup into a cup.
- Muddle the mint leaves using your hands.
- Add the muddled mint, and pour 180g of crushed ice.
- Pour 150ml of carbonated water and mix from the bottom using a bar spoon.
- Top it off with sliced lime and mint leaves.
*Add 30ml of rum to enjoy an alcohol cocktail.
