Earl Grey Matcha Latte Recipe

A refreshing fusion of floral black tea and earthy Jeju matcha, this layered latte combines bold tea flavors with creamy milk and ice. It’s a smooth, elegant drink with a fragrant lift and a beautiful green top layer.


Ingredients (1 Serving)

Milk – 180ml
Black Tea Syrup – 42ml (approx. 3 pumps)
Jeju Matcha 10% Powder – 2g
Hot Water – 30ml (for dissolving matcha)
Ice Cubes – 130g


Instructions

Prepare the Latte Base

  1. Add 42ml of black tea syrup to a serving cup.

  2. Fill the cup with 130g of ice cubes.

  3. Pour 180ml of milk over the ice.

Add the Matcha Layer
4. In a small bowl, dissolve 2g of Jeju Matcha 10% powder in 30ml of hot water. Mix until fully smooth.
5. Gently pour the matcha mixture over the back of a spoon to create a distinct green top layer.
