1. 40g of Mixology Mojito Syrup
  2. 4-5 leaves of Apple mint or Spearmint
  3. 150ml of carbonated water
  4. 180g of crushed ice
  5. Sliced lime for garnish
  6. 30ml of Rum (optional)

How to make

  1. Pour 40g of Mixology Mojito Syrup into a cup.
  2. Muddle the mint leaves using your hands.
  3. Add the muddled mint, and pour 180g of crushed ice.
  4. Pour 150ml of carbonated water and mix from the bottom using a bar spoon.
  5. Top it off with sliced lime and mint leaves.

*Add 30ml of rum to enjoy an alcohol cocktail.
