Instructions
Prepare the Sesame Base

In a 16oz cup, mix 35g of black sesame powder with 20ml of hot water until smooth and fully dissolved.
Add Milk

Pour 200ml of cold milk into the cup and stir gently to combine.
Make the Vanilla Cream

In a mixing bowl, whisk together 50ml of cream and 15g of Pomona Vanilla Bean Sauce until smooth and slightly thickened.
Top with Vanilla Cream

Spoon or pour a flat layer of vanilla cream over the sesame latte.
