Black Sesame Cream Latte Recipe

A creamy and earthy latte featuring nutty black sesame blended with smooth milk, finished with a silky vanilla cream topping. Balanced, comforting, and rich in flavour — a perfect twist on a traditional latte.


Ingredients (1 Serving)

  • Black Sesame Powder – 35g

  • Hot Water – 20ml

  • Cold Milk – 200ml

  • Vanilla Cream – For topping

Vanilla Cream Ingredients

  • Cream (Thickened or Imitation) – 50ml

  • Pomona Vanilla Bean Sauce – 15g


Instructions

Prepare the Sesame Base

  1. In a 16oz cup, mix 35g of black sesame powder with 20ml of hot water until smooth and fully dissolved.

Add Milk

  1. Pour 200ml of cold milk into the cup and stir gently to combine.

Make the Vanilla Cream

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together 50ml of cream and 15g of Pomona Vanilla Bean Sauce until smooth and slightly thickened.

Top with Vanilla Cream

  1. Spoon or pour a flat layer of vanilla cream over the sesame latte.
