Chestnut Cream Latte Recipe

A cosy and comforting latte with the rich flavour of chestnut. Smooth milk meets sweet marron sauce and a soft layer of chestnut cream — a warm hug in a cup.


Ingredients (1 Serving)

  • Pomona Marron Sauce – 20ml (for cup drizzle)

  • Pomona Vanilla Bean Sauce – 15ml

  • Milk – 190ml

  • Chestnut Cream – For topping

Chestnut Cream Ingredients

  • Cream (Thickened or Imitation) – 50ml

  • Pomona Marron Sauce – 15ml


Instructions

Prepare the Base

  1. Drizzle 20ml of Pomona Marron Sauce into a 16oz cup.

Add Milk

  1. Mix 15ml of Pomona Vanilla Bean Sauce with 190ml of milk.

  2. Pour the milk mixture into the prepared cup.

Make the Chestnut Cream

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 50ml of cream with 15ml of Pomona Marron Sauce.

  2. Whisk until smooth and slightly thickened.

Top with Chestnut Cream

  1. Spoon or gently pour the chestnut cream over the latte.
