Ingredients (1 Serving)

  • Espresso – 1 shot (approx. 30ml)
  • Pomona Chocolate Sauce – 30g
  • Cold Milk – 150ml
  • Ice Cubes – As needed
  • Pistachio Whipped Cream

    • Pomona Vanilla Bean Sauce
    • Whipping Cream
  • Cocoa Powder or Chocolate Shavings – For garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chocolate Base

    • Pour 30g of Pomona Chocolate Sauce into a glass.
    • Add a shot of espresso and mix well until fully combined.
  2. Add Milk and Ice
