Grapefruit Mango Coconut Smoothie Recipe

The Grapefruit Mango Coconut Smoothie is a tropical delight that layers creamy coconut and sweet mango with a bright grapefruit twist. Rich and refreshing, it’s a vibrant blend that bursts with fruity freshness in every sip.


Ingredients (1 Serving)

Frozen Mango – 20g
Mango Smoothie Syrup – 30ml
Coconut Milk – 150ml
Vanilla Ice Cream – 80g
Ice Cubes – 130g
Grapefruit Concentrate – 20ml


Instructions

Prepare the Mango Layer

  1. In a bowl, mash 20g of frozen mango with 30ml of mango smoothie syrup until well combined.

Blend the Smoothie

  1. In a blender, combine 150ml of coconut milk, 80g of vanilla ice cream, and 130g of ice cubes.

  2. Blend on high for 20–30 seconds, or until smooth and creamy.

Layer and Finish

  1. Fill half of a serving cup with the blended smoothie.

  2. Spoon the mango mixture into the center of the cup.

  3. Pour the remaining smoothie on top.

  4. Drizzle 20ml of grapefruit concentrate over the top as a finishing layer.


Tips for the Best Flavour

✔️ For a burst of texture, add a spoonful of coconut jelly or nata de coco.
