Multigrain Powder – 30g

Hot Water – 30ml

Ice Cubes – 130g

Soy Milk – 200ml

Cream (Thickened or Imitation) – 50ml

Pomona Vanilla Bean Sauce – 15ml
Instructions
Prepare the Multigrain Base

In a 16oz cup, mix 30g of multigrain powder with 30ml of hot water until fully dissolved.
Add Ice and Soy Milk

Add 130g of ice to the cup.

Pour in 200ml of soy milk and stir well to combine.
Make the Vanilla Cream

In a mixing bowl, combine 50ml of cream and 15ml of Pomona Vanilla Bean Sauce.

Whisk until smooth and slightly thickened.
Top with Vanilla Cream

Spoon or gently pour the vanilla cream over the latte.
