Injeolmi Cream Latte Recipe

A comforting latte that blends nutty multigrain powder with smooth soy milk, finished with a luscious vanilla cream topping. Inspired by the nostalgic taste of injeolmi, this creamy and soothing drink is perfect for a warm café moment.


Ingredients (1 Serving)

  • Multigrain Powder – 30g

  • Hot Water – 30ml

  • Ice Cubes – 130g

  • Soy Milk – 200ml

  • Vanilla Cream – For topping

Vanilla Cream Ingredients

  • Cream (Thickened or Imitation) – 50ml

  • Pomona Vanilla Bean Sauce – 15ml


Instructions

Prepare the Multigrain Base

  1. In a 16oz cup, mix 30g of multigrain powder with 30ml of hot water until fully dissolved.

Add Ice and Soy Milk

  1. Add 130g of ice to the cup.

  2. Pour in 200ml of soy milk and stir well to combine.

Make the Vanilla Cream

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 50ml of cream and 15ml of Pomona Vanilla Bean Sauce.

  2. Whisk until smooth and slightly thickened.

Top with Vanilla Cream

  1. Spoon or gently pour the vanilla cream over the latte.
