Instructions
Prepare the Taro Base

In a 16oz cup, mix 35g of taro powder with a small amount of hot water until fully dissolved.

Add 180ml of milk and stir well.
Add Ice

Add 130g of ice cubes to the cup.
Make the Matcha Cream

In a mixing bowl, combine thickened cream, 5g of matcha powder, and 20ml of milk.

Whisk until smooth and slightly thickened for a pourable yet rich consistency.
Top with Matcha Cream
